Venture Crew 261 is a chartered Scouting America unit. Tax treatment depends on our chartering organization's status and your specific situation — we're happy to share documentation of your contribution and encourage you to confirm deductibility with your tax advisor.
Yes. In-kind sponsorships of food, water, printing, equipment, safety supplies, gift cards, services, or event materials are welcomed and recognized based on the value of the contribution.
Email us at Crew261Events@gmail.com or use the Contact page. We'll confirm your sponsorship level, collect your logo, and walk you through payment and recognition timing.
Sponsorship commitments made before the event should be finalized at least 30 days before race day to guarantee inclusion on printed materials and event shirts. Digital recognition begins as soon as your sponsorship is confirmed.
After confirming your sponsorship, email a high-resolution logo (SVG or PNG with transparent background preferred) to Crew261Events@gmail.com.
Yes. Anonymous sponsorships are welcomed at any level — we'll simply omit your name and logo from public recognition while still applying your gift to the event.
